Our transactions are not brought to us. We identify them, structure them, and carry them forward from first principles.

We invest selectively in ventures we originate and in established projects whose direction we are able to shape. Around us is a private network built on trust, judgement and long-term alignment.

We remain after the capital is committed — designing governance, assembling the operating structure, and staying through the years in which a project becomes a business.
